We send out a collaborative agenda document (yes, it's using the fully FOSS NextCloud+Collabora Office system on https://cloud.nzoss.nz - see for example https://cloud.nzoss.nz/s/kktpJL8MJBGgSWk from our June 2018 meeting) prior to each session to allow prospective participants to note down ideas for discussion topics, presentations, questions, etc.

    Humble apologies Charles - this system isn't very flexible for specifying virtual meetings - we've been meeting online since COVID but I wasn't able to get this system to accept a URL for the address - I've just tried again (the GetTogether devs might've changed something in the meantime)... dunno if it's more apparent now that we're meeting online! In any case, the next session will be at this URL: https://bbb.nzoss.nz/rooms/dav-rqm-3fq At least the beer at Pom's is good, eh!
