We send out a collaborative agenda document (yes, it's using the fully FOSS NextCloud+Collabora Office system on https://cloud.nzoss.nz - see for example https://cloud.nzoss.nz/s/kktpJL8MJBGgSWk from our June 2018 meeting) prior to each session to allow prospective participants to note down ideas for discussion topics, presentations, questions, etc.

I'll show you how you can create your own Zoom replacement... with BigBlueButton and we can discuss other things based on what you add to our agenda: https://cloud.nzoss.nz/s/d6b3tKHWiEGn8cQ ! You should be able to load and edit the agenda in any modern browser. Yes, it's firing up OnlyOffice. We can also look at that if people are interested. See you Tuesday! Dave
