A group for adults with dyspraxia in West Coast of Scotland (e.g Glasgow, paisley and surroundings) to connect make friends and provide support for life experiences and diagnosis.
Aims to Improve adults with dyspraxia life experience through the use of informal workshops covering issues such individual may face in their lives, taking a strengths-based creative approaches to flourish in the future. Workshops may include understanding dyspraxia better and the impact, coping strategies, social and conflict management and interview skill development. Also run a range of social event for dyspraxia adults local to the area.
Tailored to adults already diagnosed with dyspraxia to those aiming for a diagnosis.
Provides referrals and information to relevant alternative support when appropriate, from educational to mental health which individual may face.
