BAMF consists of people who hang out on the fediverse, an ad-hoc volunteer supernetwork of social servers. The group has two overarching goals:

1. Bring people together in the local community, for the purpose of making friends and having fun.

2. Explore decentralized technologies together, and share new projects that we're interested in and passionate about.

The format of this Get Together has not been fully fleshed out yet. Some events may be more formal than others.
