We will be in the Owen Prince Room (In the Kanata Senior Centre section of the building)

February 12th, 2020 marks 211 years since the birth of Charles Darwin. CFIC Ottawa will celebrate (the next day) with a get-together including a talk on fossils by Carleton University PhD student Dana Korneisel.

We'll start at 7pm with a pizza plus (optional) potluck dinner. Everyone is invited to bring an appetizer or dessert to share; cost is $5 if you are contributing food, $10 if not.

Vegetarian and vegan pizza options will be available - please indicate your preference in your RSVP or in the comments.

Soft drinks, juice, coffee and tea will be provided.

There will be a few fun science/evolution related activities, with prizes! Potluck food items will be competing for a bio-diversity award, so be creative (and don't forget to bring your list of ingredients).
