The Frisco StarFest is a free, monthly event sponsored by the Texas Astronomical Association of Dallas. On the 2nd Saturday of each month (for the past 15 years) we bring a variety of telescopes to The Commons in Frisco so kids and grownups can view and learn about the stars and planets visible from our area.

This month from about 5:30 -7pm we will have a beautiful crescent moon. We'll also be looking at Saturn, Mars, the Andromeda Galaxy, some globular clusters. Keep your fingers crossed for clear skies!

Time:
Nov. 10, 2018, 6 p.m. - Nov. 10, 2018, 10 p.m.

Right now it looks like 40% coverage. If it gets much worse, we'll have to re-think.

    Still a "go" for tonight.
