Hosted by Coding Berlin
What's the best way to celebrate a developer's birthday, Stefan asked himself. We're using his passion of being a "professional" hackathon goer for the headline of 2020's first hackathon. Lets start the year by getting your hands dirty on code, try out something new, meet extraordinary folks to build something technical together. Just because you can.

The hackathon will last for a whole Saturday and is not focused on a certain tech stack. We instead have prepared some inspirations for you to think of:
Conversational interfaces What's your interpretation of "how do users interact with applications"? Go wild with APIs for voice, text, speech, chat and bots. In any direction.
Frontends to bow down for What's the coolest effect that you can build using the latest frontend tools? Impress us with effects, visualizations, 3D, graphs and usability tweaks.
Engage, Mr Data! When you've got all the data and APIs of the world at hand, what can you figure out that nobody has figured out before?
Map me, baby! Go crazy on map styles and location services and visualize something really meaningful
We're currently settling the location and will be back soon with the final venue details. So long, please signup on our "official" event page: https://www.birthday-hackathon.de/ (and rsvp here if you want so).
The hackathon is currently supported by Audibene, Coachhub and Turbine Kreuzberg and we already got Twilio aboard to support us with APIs and some free tiers. We're still looking for volunteers and support: if you'd like to be aboard the organizing team, have a special challenge for us or if you'd like to be a cake sponsor, let us know first :)
