Ever wanted to code the personal computer that existed before Apple and Microsoft? Is it even possible to write code without a keyboard, mouse, or screen? In this talk NOVA Web Development intern Jack Newell gives a presentation on how he learned to program the 70s-era Altair 8800 computer. In the talk, he will explain how to make computations and run programs with nothing but red lights and switches. The goal of the talk is to discuss ways to teach high schoolers how to code the eclectic and mysterious computer.
