Dyspraxic Group Coaching check-in session outside on Glasgow Green this summer

Fantastic Group Coaching lunchtime sessions taking place outside (in nature) on Glasgow Green for adults (16+) with Dyspraxia (also known as Developmental Coordination Disorder) to improve their wellbeing and life quality to flourish in the future. These take place this summer on Thursday 28th April and Thursday 19th May 11am-12pm for only £6 or free per person depending on what you can afford.

Here attendees have to opportunty to openly express themselves and explore any challenges they wish with the group for these reasons, and sharing these with the group in a supportive and encouraging enviroment. Issues can include those at work, with friends, family, partners, organisation, self-care and more! Sessions will be typical run using an open plaform or under a specific topic or theme as agreed upon by the group at the start of the session.

These group coaching sessions can help Dyspraxic adults connect with others, gain new perspectives with discussion (and creative methods where appropriate), develop coping strategies, increase mood, sleep and vit D, improve their confidence by finding solutions and set goals to improve their future wellbeing!

We will meet at the entrace to Glasgow Green at the saltmarket entrance from 10 min before each session for a prompt start to a find a suitable on Glasgow Green for the agreed time. So if you are interested in attending please book asap on the link below as it would be great to see you there!
