UPDATE!!! Copper Coin Coffee In Woodstock GA Is the new venue. They would love to have us there. !!! The Barrel House Coffee Co has decided they want to charge us $100 to rent the room. So we're going to cancel the event for (Aug) this month and look for a new venue. If you have any alternatives for September in or around Ball Ground or Canton area please let me know.

I like Woodstock as I am in Kennesaw. I haven't been to a get together yet, so the next one is going to be my first. I did want to ask though if its OK if I bring my 10-year old son

I'm coming from near Chattanooga, so Woodstock isn't that much further for me and I'd still like to attend. This is the closest thing to a Linux group I've found anywhere nearby (though you'd think Chattanooga would have a LUG of some kind). Thanks for doing this, Ryan!

Several of us did not get the cancellation for the Aug event. Probably a good idea to discuss this during the Sep meeting. I usually get emails from get-together, but I didn’t anything for the cancellation. Rodney

I drove by there on Saturday. It is located in a very congested area. Drove around for 5 minutes and could not find a parking spot. With that being said, changing the meeting to a time further away from the lunch ‘rush hour’ might be a good idea. Otherwise, I would advise everyone to come early. Rodney

Ryan, I hate to miss the first meetup at Copper Coin, but that place looks great on the website. Most important factor - it has coffee. And we will be able to get a bite to eat before we start.
