We send out a collaborative agenda document (yes, it's using the fully FOSS NextCloud+Collabora Office system on https://cloud.nzoss.nz - see for example https://cloud.nzoss.nz/s/kktpJL8MJBGgSWk from our June 2018 meeting) prior to each session to allow prospective participants to note down ideas for discussion topics, presentations, questions, etc.

    Hi all, This month I was thinking I might show you all MailCow https://github.com/mailcow from the administrator's perspective (I'm moving from my scratch-built mail system to something newer, and MailCow looks like a great candidate!).
